  1. Day 1 Arrival Athens

    Arrival at the airport in Athens. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Athens.
    Remark:
    Should the flight arrive by noon, a city tour of Athens can be arranged after arrival.

  2. Day 2 Athens - Piraeus crossing at 07.30 - Naxos at 12.30 Sightseeing of Naxos town

    Early morning drive to Piraeus. Crossing to Naxos. You will visit the island’s capital Naxos (Chora). A Venetian castle towers over the harbor town like a crown. In addition to the fortified tower, you will also see many houses from the Middle Ages and the Portara. Afterwards you visit the arch. Museum on Naxos. Overnight stay on Naxos.

  3. Day 3 free time - Optional: Full-day excursion Delos and Mykonos

    The first destination of the ferry crossing is the museum on the island Delos, the birthplace of the gods Artemis and Apollo. You will visit the mosaics and the remains of the theater. The journey continues to Mykonos, famous for its magnificent windmills. Experience the charm of the most famous Cycladic Island. Overnight stay on Naxos.

  4. Day 4 Naxos Island tour

    Today you will experience a tour of the island of Naxos. The first destination is the Panagia Drossiani, an interesting small vaulted church from the 6th century. Continue through the Tragea, the central plateau covered with olive groves, and taste the island liqueur Kitron in Chalki (free of charge). Via Apiranthos, a beautiful village with Venetian houses, you reach the tranquil fishing village of Apollonas on the north coast and see the never completed large marble statue of Kouros. Overnight stay on Naxos.

  5. Day 5 Crossing Naxos at 09.30 - Paros at 10.45 - Island tour

    In the morning you will cross over to Paros. Today’s excursion takes you to the ancient stone quarries of Marathi, to which some world-famous works of art owe their creation, drive across the north of the marble island to the picturesque fishing port of Naoussa and enjoy the outstanding panoramic view during the drive through the central mountain massif in the mountain village of Lefkes. Overnight stay on Paros.

  6. Day 6 Crossing Paros at 11.25 a.m. - Santorini at 2.55 p.m.

    This morning you walk through the old town, see the church of Ekatontapyliani - one of the oldest in Greece. Then you take the ferry to the island of Santorini, which is characterized by its volcanic character. You will drive to the seafaring village of Oia on the northern tip of the island. Overnight stay on Santorini.

  7. Day 7 Tour of the island of Santorini

    Today you will first visit the excavations in ancient Thira, which was ruled by the Phoenicians, Dorians, Romans and Byzantines. The rest of the island tour offers you a magnificent view of the caldera. Afterwards, you will visit the archaeological museum in the island’s capital Thira (also called Fira). Afterwards, you will have time to explore the picturesque alleys of the old town and enjoy the breathtaking view of the caldera. Overnight stay on Santorini.

  8. Day 8 Akrotiri - Optional: Wine tasting

    Today you will visit the reopened excavation site of Akrotiri - the Pompeii of the Greeks - a prehistoric Minoan city. This most important ancient civilization was buried under lava rock for about 3,600 years until archaeologists excavated it. Overnight stay on Santorini.
    Optional: Afterwards, visit a winery and take part in a wine tasting.


  9. Day 9 Crossing Santorini at 12.15 hrs - Piraeus at 17.00 hrs

    You have the morning at free disposal. At noon you take the ferry to Piraeus. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Athens.
